Celebrate Our Risen Savior!

There has been no one in the history of mankind that has frustrated and infuriated others like Jesus Christ. With teachings like:

      • I am the light of the world (John 8:12 and 9:5)
  • I am the way the truth and the life; no one comes to the Father except by me (John 14:6)
  • If you had known me you would have known my Father (John 14:7)
  • Anyone who has seen me has seen the Father (John 14:9)
  • Bringing healing and freedom to the poor and oppressed

Having pushed aside religious ideas of the day, it is no wonder so many tried to quite Him; so many wanted to kill Him; wanted to crucify Him.

One man was crucified for all mankind.Because of their sins, the judgment of all mankind is death (Romans 3:23 and Romans 6:23).But one man, Jesus Christ, died for all of mankind having paid the price for our sins.In His resurrection, all mankind was released and freed.A free gift to all that would accept it!

To this day, many continue to try and quench and dispel this message of freedom; many seek to keep mankind in their bondage and slavery to sin.But the truth and power of the message of Jesus Christ continues to resound and proclaim freedom to all.

Many have yet to hear or comprehend the message and gift that is offered to them. Many have scorned and/or turned away choosing instead, to have nothing to do with the gift being offered. Many more have chosen to accept the life giving message and gift that Jesus Christ offers.

It is this very message; this gift of life and freedom that we celebrate in Our Risen Savior.

Bread of Life Church of the Nazarene invites all to come and celebrate Our Risen Savior on March 27, 2016.We will have a sunrise service starting at 9am followed by breakfast and fellowship at 10:00 and our morning worship service at 10:30.

I hope to see you there!
